2 zucchinis
4 medium baby white potatoes
1/4 cup Masterfood’s honey soy garlic marinade
Equipment:
Microwave
Oven griller or BBQ
Sharp knife
Chopping block
Flat tray / container to soak wooden skewers (if needed)
8 long skewers (wood or steel)
Pasting brush
1/4 measuring cup
1 large plate
Steps to cook:
1. Soak skewers (if wooden) for 5-10 minutes
2. Meanwhile, cut chicken & vegetables into cubes
3. Preheat oven griller (or BBQ) to 180 degrees
4. Microwave potatoes and zucchini together on high for 4 minutes
5. Thread chicken and veg onto skewers
6. Paste skewers with marinade
7. Place skewers in oven / on BBQ
8. Cook for 25 min or until chicken is cooked all the way through, turning skewers every 5 minutes.
9. Serve on plate
