Who Wants Some High Protein Chocolate Cake?

Who wants to have some fun? Do you really want to have fun, or are you just saying that you want to have fun!?

Well, this chocolate protein cake with cream cheese frosting is sugar free, with minimal fat and a ton of protein!

So clear the kitchen bench and let’s get messy!

½ cup + 2 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder, or Cacao Powder,

¼ cup Whey-Caesin Chocolate Protein Powder

¼ cup Whey Chocolate Protein Powder

¼ cup Zero Calorie 1:1 Sugar Replacement

3 Tbsp Coconut Flour,

½ tsp Baking Soda1 cup Non-fat Greek Yogurt

½ cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

3 Tbsp Runny Tahini

1 Egg

1 tsp Vanilla Extract


½ cup Non-fat Greek Yogurt

½ cup Chocolate Protein Powder

2 Tbsp + 2 tsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder, or Cacao Powder

30mL Water


1. Preheat oven to 180 deg Celsius

2. Line a 20cm by 20cm baking dish with baking paper

3. In a bowl, whisk cocoa powder, whey and whey- caesin chocolate protein powder, zero calorie sugar replacement, coconut flour and baking soda.

4. In a large bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, almond milk, tahini, egg and vanilla.

Add dry mix to wet, and gently fold until just combined.

DO NOT OVER-MIX or protein powder will make the cake dense. Batter should be thick and pourable.

5. Transfer batter into pan, smoothen with a spatula or back of spoon.

6. Bake for 22-25 minutes or until the top is set.

7. Toothpick inserted into the center should come out dry.

8. Remove from oven and let cool completely.


1. In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, chocolate protein powder and cocoa powder.

2. Add water, little at a time, and stir with a spoon until uniform.

3. Spread over cooled cake and slice.
