What Do 3200 Calories Look Like?

Having a system in place is only logical if the end goal is to be achieved. Just as those who are serious about their finances have a bookkeeping system, those serious about their physique results have a system for knowing their nutritional intake.

A daily excess of three or four hundred calories can happen pretty easily if not measured and tracked. That, over the course of a week, equals up to 2,800 extra calories, which may like adding an eighth day of eating into the week! This is not to say that we should never increase our calories, but rather to show the importance of adults knowing what they consume, if serious about maximising health and fitness results.
